Wednesday – Soup made from leftover pot roast (We were supposed to have this Tuesday, but we ended up having a bunch of leftovers for dinner one night and got a day behind on our meals.)

Thursday – Soba Noodles with Broccoli and Chicken

Friday- Pulled Pork with Tart Apple Slaw and corn on the cob (We have some delicious cinnamon and apple barbecue sauce that we want to use.)

Saturday- Date Night/Get Take Out While Watching Football Night :)

Sunday- Chicken Breasts with Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, and Feta with salad and sautéed squash

Monday- Spicy Garlic and Lime Black Bean Enchiladas

Tuesday- Red Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp (I’ll probably add more vegetables to this. I’m thinking bell pepper, edemame, and bamboo shoots.)
